**Principle of wheel balancer:
They work by utilizing the different centrifugal forces generated by weight discrepancies on the circumference to identify the off-center points and achieve balance by adding counterweights.
The motor drives the rotor [workpiece-tire] to force the support frame to vibrate and tilt. Each support frame has a telemetric sensor underneath, which transmits the vibration and tilt signals to the control box for amplification, filtering, and then calculated by a microcontroller to feedback to the panel.
A car's wheel is a whole composed of a tire and a hub. However, due to manufacturing reasons, it is impossible for each part of this whole to have a very uniform distribution of mass. When the car's wheel spins at high speed, it forms a state of dynamic imbalance, causing the vehicle to vibrate in the steering wheel and the wheel during driving.
To avoid this phenomenon or eliminate it, the wheel needs to be dynamically balanced by adding counterweights to correct the balance of each edge part. This correction process is what people often refer to as dynamic balancing.
**Use of wheel balancer:**
1. After changing to new tires, a car needs to be dynamically balanced.
2. If a car experiences shaking at high speeds, generally over 100km/h, it needs to be dynamically balanced.
3. After repairing a tire, due to changes in the assembly of the tire and the hub, it needs to be dynamically balanced.
**Considerations When Choosing a wheel balancer:**
You need to confirm the size range of your tires and rims, whether your auto repair shop wants to repair large vehicles or small cars, whether the wheel balancer needs a protective cover (to ensure that dust and stones from the tires during operation do not splash and hurt people around), and whether to add a functional sensor (to automatically start and stop when the protective cover is lifted), and laser positioning (which can specify the position where the tire needs to add balance weights).
**How to Use Haosail wheel balancer:
**Preparation:
1. Ensure that the balance machine is placed on a solid, level surface.
Check that the power supply voltage meets the requirements of the balance machine.
Make sure all safety devices are in place before turning on the power.
2. **Safety Check:
Check that all fasteners are tightened.
Ensure that all emergency stop switches and safety devices are functioning properly.
3. **Power On:**
Turn on the power switch.
Allow the balance machine to run empty for a few minutes to ensure stable operation.
4. **Set Parameters:
Adjust the numbers on the machine according to the tire model. For example, if the tire model is 195/55 R15 (found on the side of the tire). The first button can be used to pull the wheel balancer's ruler to the rim distance to determine. The middle button can be used with the machine's special fixture to measure, generally in inches. The button on the right enters the rim diameter of 15, expressed in inches. Different wheel balancer may vary, and specific operations should follow the instructions in the user manual.
5. **Start Measurement:
Start the wheel balancer to begin the measurement process.
The balance machine will automatically measure and display the position and size of the imbalance.
6. **Adjust Balance:
According to the indication of the balance machine, adjust the balance of the measured object by adding or removing weight.
It is usually necessary to adjust at two or more points indicated by the balance machine.
7. **Repeat Measurement:
After adjustment, measure again until the required balance accuracy is achieved.
8. **Record Results:
Record the balance data for future reference.
9. **Power Off:
After completing the balancing work, turn off the power.
Clean thewheel balancer and the measured object.
10. **Maintenance:
Regularly inspect and maintain thewheel balancer to ensure its long-term stable operation.
