The engine is the heart of the vehicle. How to keep the engine young is the key to vehicle maintenance. First of all, attention should be paid to the running in service life maintenance, which is the basis for extending the service life of the engine. In addition, be careful of three common engine diseases:

1. Engine wear. One case is that the cold start (i.e. engine shutdown for more than 6 hours) produces dry wear at the moment of starting, which is the greatest damage to the engine. The other is that the engine runs at high speed and produces high temperature, and the oil is relatively thin. At this time, the engine is in semi wear state, which can not be ignored.

Second, oil shortage. This is due to the gap between the combustion chamber and the cylinder, resulting in the oil flowing into the combustion chamber. The way to find out that the engine has oil shortage is to first check whether the exhaust pipe emits blue smoke, reach out to the exhaust pipe and smell whether the finger has organic oil smell. If there is smell, it is proved that there is oil in the engine running into the combustion chamber.

The three oil seal rings are aged. The oil seal ring is aging, and the oil is slowly leaking out. For slight burning of the oil, a certain amount of repair agent can be added when changing the oil. If the condition is severe, the engine needs to be removed.

To maintain the engine, it is necessary to change the engine oil and three filters on a regular basis. In addition, it is necessary to observe, check and remove the faults in time so as to keep the engine in good technical operation

1. Always adhere to the fastening part. During the use of diesel or gasoline engines, the bolts and nuts are easy to loosen due to the impact of vibration and uneven load. The adjusting bolts of various parts should be carefully checked to avoid causing loose and damaging parts. Valve clearance, fuel supply advance angle, injection pressure and ignition timing should be timely checked and adjusted to ensure that the engine is always in good technical condition. Only in this way can we save fuel and prolong the service life of the engine.

2. Keep oil, water, gas and body clean. The impure fuel can make the precision fitting parts wear and increase the fit clearance, resulting in oil leakage, oil dripping, power supply pressure reduction, gap enlargement, and even serious faults such as oil pipeline blockage and axle holding Bush burning. If there is a large amount of dust in the air, the wear of cylinder liner, piston and piston ring will be accelerated; If the cooling water is not pure, it will increase the scale after cooling, hinder the heat dissipation of the engine, the lubrication condition will be worse, and the parts will be seriously worn; if the body surface is not clean, it will cause the body hand to corrosion and shorten the service life.

3.Ensure sufficient oil, water and air. If the gasoline and air supply is not timely or interrupted, there will be difficulties in starting, poor combustion, power reduction, and the engine can not run in policy; if the oil supply is insufficient or interrupted, the engine lubrication will be poor, the parts will wear seriously, and even the tile burning phenomenon will occur; if the cold water is not enough, the engine temperature will be too high, the power will be reduced, the wear will be aggravated, and the service life will be reduced.
