As a "Specialized, Refined, Unique and Novel" enterprise in Qingdao, Qingdao Haosail Machinery Co., Ltd. has been deeply engaged in the fields of automotive repair and maintenance equipment as well as woodworking equipment for nearly a decade. In November 2024, we set up a brand store in the core logistics zone of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, providing one-stop services with the model of "Exhibition + Sales + Service + Warehousing", which has been in operation for more than a year to date.
We adhere to industrial-grade product selection standards, carefully select equipment focusing on the rigid demand scenarios such as local automotive repair and infrastructure construction, and achieve a balance between high quality and affordable prices relying on large-scale procurement. A local chain auto repair shop that purchased our automotive tire changers gave feedback that the equipment is suitable for mainstream local vehicle models, easy to operate and with stable tire clamping. The tire disassembly process that previously required the collaboration of two people can now be efficiently completed by one person, improving the operation efficiency by nearly 40%. What makes them more satisfied is that the after-sales team regularly provides on-site maintenance and debugging services, and also offers operational skill guidance. The equipment has never shut down due to malfunctions since it was put into use, becoming a core equipment for the store to improve its service capacity.
At present, we have laid out service networks in more than ten countries including the United Arab Emirates and Kenya. Our Tanzania store has been widely recognized for its "reliable quality, worry-free after-sales service and affordable prices". In the future, we will link up with nodes such as South Africa to deepen localized operations and boost the win-win cooperation of China-Africa equipment trade.
