Concrete mixer is a machine that mixes cement, aggregate and water to make concrete mixture. It is mainly composed of mixing drum, feeding and discharging mechanism, water supply system, prime mover, transmission mechanism, frame and supporting device.

Operating procedures of diesel engine concrete mixer:

1. Before mixing, it shall be run in empty car.

2. Adjust the timing of the time relay according to the mixing time, and pay attention to the adjustment in case of power failure.

3. Wet the mixing drum, blades and site with water.

4. In case of any electrical or mechanical failure in the process, part of the mixture shall be unloaded, the load shall be reduced, and the operation shall be started after troubleshooting.

5. During operation and use, regular inspection shall be carried out to prevent electric shock, mechanical injury and other safety accidents.

6. After the test, turn off the power supply, clean the mixing drum and site, and clean up
