Petrol Engine Tamping Rammer

The petrol engine tamping rammer, which uses the impact and impact vibration to compact the backfill in layers, is made according to the principle of two-stroke internal combustion engine. There are two pistons in the cylinder, the upper piston is the internal combustion piston and the lower piston is the buffer piston. The lower part of the cylinder is equipped with a rammer with an inclined bottom to make the vertical axis of the cylinder incline forward. The upper piston rod extends from the through hole in the middle of the cylinder top cover, the lower piston rod extends from the lower end face of the cylinder, and is integrated with the rammer. The cylinder and the rammer are tensioned with springs, and handrails are provided to control the forward direction of the rammer. The fire rammer is under the action of the explosive force of the combustible mixture. Therefore, it jumps forward and above the ground, and under the action of its own weight, it falls to the ground and rammes the soil. As soon as the rammer jumps down, the body moves forward step by step. The impact rammer is widely used, not only for the compaction and leveling of various sands, gravels and triads, but also for the compaction and leveling of asphalt gravels, concrete and clay, especially for the construction of buildings, floors, courtyards, subgrade, bridge piles, trenches, fields, narrow sites and other environments, which overcomes the trouble of electric impact rammer in finding power lines and being unable to work without power supply, In particular, it overcomes the unsafe factors of live line operation of electric impact rammer, and is competent for the construction tasks which cannot be completed by large and medium-sized machinery.
