Safety technology of circular saw blade and saw shaft

1. The rated speed of the saw shaft shall not exceed the maximum allowable speed of the circular saw blade.

2. The saw blade and flange shall be perpendicular to the rotation center line of the saw shaft to prevent the swing of the saw blade during rotation; The saw blade and flange shall be concentric with the saw shaft to prevent unbalanced centrifugal force.

3. The diameter of the clamping flange of the saw blade shall have enough contact area with the saw blade, and the clamping surface must be flat. During rotation, there shall be no relative sliding between the saw blade and the flange.

4. Before using the ordinary circular saw blade, press or pull the material, and go through grinding, tension treatment and balance inspection and adjustment.

5. When the ordinary saw blade breaks two teeth continuously or cracks appear, it shall be stopped from use. If the circular saw blade has cracks, it is not allowed to repair. If the spindle must be locked when replacing the saw blade, a spindle locking device shall be provided.

(3) The top of the dividing knife shall not be lower than the highest point on the circumference of the saw blade; The distance between the closest point to the saw blade and the saw blade shall not exceed 3mm, and the distance between other points and the saw blade shall not exceed 8mm.
