Tips

1) The concrete vibrator shall be installed on a firm foundation, the anchor bolts shall be of sufficient strength and tightened, and an underground tunnel must be left in the middle of the foundation for regular adjustment and maintenance.

2) Check and test run shall be carried out before use to check whether the parts are in good condition. All the fasteners, especially the bearing seat bolts, eccentric block bolts, motor and gearbox bolts, must be fastened firmly.

3） The vibrator should not be operated for a long time without load. In the production operation, it is necessary to install a firm and reliable formwork locking fixture to ensure that the formwork and the concrete platform vibrate together.

4) The gears in the gearbox shall be well lubricated and cooled due to high speed and heavy load; the oil level in the gearbox shall be kept on the specified level, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 70 ℃ during operation.

5) All bearings of the vibration table shall be inspected regularly, and the lubricating grease shall be removed and replaced regularly to ensure good lubrication of the bearings. Attention shall be paid to check the temperature rise of the bearings and eliminate the overheating immediately.

6) The grounding of motor shall be good and reliable, and the insulation of power line and wire joint shall be good. There shall be no damage and leakage.

7) The surface of the vibrating rod shall be kept clean and flat frequently so as to make good contact with the steel mold. Due to the vibration of the table under high frequency and heavy load, it is easy to produce cracks, so it is necessary to check and repair in time. Clean the work in time after each shift.
